At URBAN REVIVO Thailand, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings, swimwear, and innerwear are non-returnable.
Initiate Return Request
Log into your URBAN REVIVO account, navigate to 'My Orders', select the items you wish to return, and submit a formal return request within 30 days of receipt.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the invoice is included to facilitate a smooth verification process.
Drop-off or Pickup
Choose between dropping off your package at a designated carrier location or scheduling a home pickup through our logistics partner via the return portal.
Quality Check and Refund
Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection; approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
